How it works
- Paperboard sheets are printed with artwork, then optionally coated or laminated for protection and finish.​
- Sheets are die‑cut and scored into flat carton blanks with flaps, tabs, and creases defined.​
- Blanks are folded and glued along a side seam, then shipped flat to the packer.​
- At packing, the carton is popped open, bottom and top flaps (tuck or lock) are closed around the product, creating the finished box ready for shipping or shelf display.​
