A: Manufacturing lead times vary depending on the product type and order size. Generally, custom or made-to-order items take between 2–4 weeks. We’ll keep you updated and provide an estimated completion date once your order is in production.
A: Each product listing specifies whether it is a stocked item or made-to-order. Stocked products are available for immediate dispatch, while MTO items will have a noted lead time before shipping.
A: We ship Australia-wide, including metro and regional areas. For international delivery requests, please contact us to discuss options.
A: Delivery costs depend on your order size, weight, and location. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Business account holders may also qualify for discounted or flat-rate shipping options.

A: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Metro areas usually take 1–5 business days, while regional and remote areas may take longer. Tracking details are provided once your order is shipped so you can monitor progress.
A: We recommend using a street address where someone is available during business hours to receive the delivery. Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you have special delivery instructions, please include them at checkout.
A: Transport costs are calculated based on the greater of the package’s actual weight or cubic weight. Cubic weight takes into account the size of the parcel and is calculated using the formula *(Length × Width × Height) ÷ 6,000*. This ensures fair freight pricing for large but lightweight items.
A: While our main focus is shipping within Australia, we can arrange international delivery to selected countries. Please contact our team with your location and order details so we can provide a shipping quote.
A: Yes, you may request to change or cancel an order before it is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible, as once goods leave our warehouse, changes cannot be made.
