How it works

- Thick board is cut and assembled into the lid and base, then wrapped in printed or decorative paper and finished with coatings or foils as needed.​
- Optional inserts (cardboard, foam, or molded trays) are created to hold products in place inside the base.​
- At packing, products are placed in the base with inserts, the lid is placed on top, and the box is ready for retail display, gifting, or shipping in an outer carton.​
