Refund and Returns Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. To help you make an informed decision, we provide photographs and videos of your specific order before packaging. This allows you to visually confirm the product’s condition prior to shipment.
Change of Mind Returns: We generally do not accept refunds or returns for reasons of a change of mind. We strongly encourage customers to utilize our sample service, available on each product page, or to contact our helpline for assistance in selecting the perfect product before making a purchase. This helps ensure you are completely satisfied with your order from the outset.
Product Issues: Should you experience any issues with the products you receive, please contact our customer service team immediately. Upon notification, we will assess the situation and advise on any available options for resolution.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, EcoFriendlyPackaging is pleased to offer refunds and exchanges. However, please note that we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: This includes situations where you no longer require the product (e.g., you’ve changed your mind about the boxes) or have ordered an incorrect quantity. We encourage you to carefully review your order and consider ordering samples to ensure suitability before purchase.
- Incorrect Item Selection: If you have purchased an item that is not suitable for your needs due to incorrect sizing or specifications (e.g., packaging being too large or small), this will not be eligible for return. We recommend using our product sizing guides or requesting samples for confirmation.
- Price Differences: We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you find the same product advertised at a lower price by another supplier.
- Pre-Existing Faults: If you were aware of a specific fault or imperfection in the product at the time of purchase (e.g., purchasing “sample stock” with known minor blemishes), we cannot accept returns for that particular issue.
- Customer Misuse or Damage: Returns will not be accepted if the goods have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect assembly (e.g., folding products incorrectly).
- Third-Party Courier Delays: We are not responsible for, and therefore do not accept returns or issue refunds due to, delays caused by third-party couriers.
We encourage customers to take advantage of our sampling service and to carefully review product descriptions and specifications prior to placing an order to avoid these situations.
