RSC cardboard boxes are easy to customize and recycle. Brands can specify exact dimensions, board grades, printing (logos, handling symbols, barcodes), and interior options like dividers or inserts while keeping the same basic structure. Made primarily from corrugated fiberboard, they are widely recycled and often contain recycled content, supporting circular packaging goals. This combination of flexibility and sustainability has made RSC the standard carton style in most global supply chains

  • Corrugated board sheets are printed (if needed), then slotted and scored to form the RSC blank with flaps and a glue tab.
  • The blank is folded and glued along one side seam and shipped flat to the user.
  • When packing, the box is “popped” open, bottom flaps are folded so the two long flaps meet in the middle and are sealed with tape or staples.
  • Product is placed inside, top flaps are closed and sealed the same way, and the box is ready for stacking, palletizing, and shipping.
