Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for approved returns that comply with our Return Policy and Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Once your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our team, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund request.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed after the returned goods have been inspected and approved.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have received confirmation that your refund has been processed but the funds have not yet appeared in your account, please allow the following timeframes:
- Credit Card Payments: Up to 72 hours for the refund to appear in your account.
- Bank Transfer Payments: Up to 48 hours for the funds to become visible.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Products
The following products are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom-made packaging products.
- Printed or branded packaging products.
- Products manufactured to customer specifications.
- Products approved through artwork confirmation and already placed into production.
As these products are manufactured specifically for individual customer requirements, they cannot be resold or returned once production has commenced.
