At EcoFriendly Packaging, we are committed to providing high-quality packaging products and clear information to help our customers make informed purchasing decisions. This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Returns – In-Stock Products

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on all in-stock products, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All products must be returned with the original outer packaging intact.
  • Cartons must remain unopened and in resalable condition.
  • Opened or partially used cartons are not eligible for return.
  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

For operational efficiency, we do not offer product exchanges. If you require a different product, please place a new order through our website.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Custom-Made & Printed Products

Products that are custom manufactured, printed, branded, or produced according to customer specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable.

These products are produced specifically for your business requirements and cannot be resold to other customers.

Customers may request samples, design proofs, or sample product confirmations before production begins. Once a sample, proof, or artwork has been approved and production has commenced, all custom orders are considered final.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have received confirmation that your refund has been processed but have not yet received the funds:

  • Please allow up to 72 hours for credit card refunds to appear in your account.
  • For bank transfer refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the funds to become visible.
