Ecofriendly Packaging Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 49 691 204 592) ships from our Sydney warehouse to addresses across Australia. This policy explains our shipping options, costs and delivery times. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Where we deliver
We deliver to street addresses within Australia only. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Locker addresses (including for Express orders) and do not currently ship internationally.
Free shipping
Free shipping applies to in-stock products when your order totals $50 or more (including GST, before shipping) and is delivered to one of the following metro areas, based on your delivery postcode at checkout:
- Sydney
- Central Coast
- Melbourne
- Brisbane
- Sunshine Coast
- Gold Coast
- Adelaide
Orders under $50 to these areas are charged shipping, calculated at checkout.
Free shipping does not apply to custom-printed or custom-made products.
Shipping for custom orders is charged in addition to the product price and is confirmed in your quote before you approve the order.
If your address is outside the free shipping areas, or your order is very large or heavy, shipping is calculated at checkout or quoted by our team. For regional, remote or bulk orders, contact us for a freight quote.
Shipping costs
Outside the free shipping conditions above, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode and the items in your order.

Custom orders are shipped at an additional cost that depends on the size, weight, quantity and delivery location of your order. This cost is stated separately in your quote.

Express delivery is available at an additional cost that depends on the product and delivery postcode. Contact us for an express quote.
Standard delivery
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Sydney Metro and Central Coast: 1–2 business days
- Melbourne Metro, Brisbane and Gold Coast: 2–3 business days
- Adelaide Metro: 3–5 business days
- Perth Metro: 7–10 business days
- Other locations, including Canberra, Hobart, Darwin and regional areas: typically longer. Contact us for an estimate.
We use Australia Post eParcel, Courier Please and Aramex, and the carrier is chosen based on your order and location. Some services require a signature on delivery.
Express delivery
- Metro areas: 1–2 business days
- Regional and remote areas: 2–3 business days
- WA, NT and Tasmania regional areas: may take longer
Express partners include Australia Post, Courier Please, TNT and Toll Priority. Express may not be available for all locations in Tasmania, the Northern Territory and Western Australia.
Tracking
Where the carrier provides tracking, we’ll email you tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption or high demand. Large orders may be sent in more than one shipment. If a free shipping order is split, you won’t be charged extra shipping.
Delivery address and missed deliveries
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete. If a delivery fails because the address is wrong, or no one is available and the parcel is returned to us, we may charge for redelivery.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Please check your goods when they arrive. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@ecofriendlypackaging.com.au or 1300 670 673. Please include your order number and photos of the goods, the outer carton and the shipping label, and keep the packaging until we’ve responded.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as set out in our Return Policy and the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we’ll trace it with the carrier.
